Contents:
1) In the Shoden course you will receive 3x a Reiju (In Western Reiki called attunement).
You continue learning:
2) The history of founder Mikao Usui.
3) The meaning of the word Reiki, how to write it in Japanese, meaning of the Japanese characters and origin.
4) The Gokai, the 5 precepts and their meaning. We practice the Gokai in Japanese and also how to apply it in daily life.
5) The history of Dr, Hayashi and the Yamaguchi family.
6) The history of Jikiden Reiki®.
7) The concept of Byosen: the sensations or feedback in the hands when you give Reiki and how to recognize the different levels of Byosen.
8) The first Jikiden Reiki symbol, meaning, its original background and how to apply it.
9) 'Hatsurei Ho', a technique for developing sensitivity in your hands and how to practice it at home.
10) 'Ketsueki Kokan Ho' or 'Kekko': the 'blood circulation' technique that Dr. Hayashi taught his students to stimulate the body to discharge toxins after a Reiki treatment.
11) Reiki 'Mawashi': sitting in a circle, your hands on the shoulders of the person in front of you and focus on the sensation in your hands (only with enough participants, when we are able to form a circle).
12) Reiki 'Okuri': a method of feeling the Reiki energy flow in the hands.
13) You will practice giving Reiki with classmates both days.
14) You will learn how to practice Reiki for yourself and others.
After you have signed up you will receive an invoice with payment request from me one week before the training starts. Once the payment is complete, I will send you the program.
You also receive an English Jikiden Reiki® Shoden certificate and a Jikiden Reiki Attendance Card. I will then order your Japanese, calligraphed certificate from the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto, Japan after the training.
